Job Summary
Develop and maintain frameworks for capturing and managing market requirements, including Voice of Customer systems and customer insight repositories. Design automated methods to collect and organize customer requirements from meetings, presentations, support interactions, and engineering engagements. Explore AI-based approaches to extract requirements and key themes from transcripts, documents, log files, and unstructured feedback. Create dashboards, reports, and analytics that identify customer priorities, emerging trends, and roadmap opportunities. Partner with Roadmap, Technical Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to improve information sharing and decision making. Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and improve the quality of roadmap inputs. Support strategic planning, roadmap reviews, and customer-facing engagements through data-driven insights and analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard creation through academic projects, internships, or work experience
- Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar technologies
- Demonstrated ability to communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with automation technologies, AI tools, or workflow management platforms
- Experience working with large datasets, unstructured information, or customer research
