Job Summary
Associate on the Open Banking Product Operations team to execute strategic initiatives, monitor product performance, coordinate quarterly and annual roadmap planning across the Open Banking portfolio, leverage business intelligence and analytics to inform senior leadership, craft executive communications, and partner with internal/external stakeholders. Lead efforts to resolve client issues with tech and mission control, build collaborative relationships to advance organizational strategy, and support portfolio management and operational alignment across the Open Banking Product organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, portfolio management, or management consulting - within financial services, payments, or technology
- Knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Experience in defining and building out product roadmaps
- Structured and strategic thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated track record of driving change and transformation in a complex organization
- Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
- Strong culture carrier
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and JIRA
