Job Summary

Support B2C go-to-market strategy for Arta's advanced investment platform by coordinating weekly US and Singapore launch deadlines, translating complex structured products and AI-driven portfolios into compliant member-facing content. Build AI-assisted workflows to accelerate content production and scale marketing operations while managing pipelines for brochures, webinars, and in-app pages. Co-author high-impact collateral, educational narratives, and demand generation campaigns to drive member activation and retention, auditing onboarding flows and running A/B tests to optimize activation funnels. Partner with Product, Compliance, Investment, and Design teams to ensure accurate, regulatory-aligned messaging across the member journey.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of product marketing or product experience
  • Experience within wealth management, fintech, or alternative investment platforms
  • Built agents and models to optimize campaigns, create marketing sites and optimize flows
  • Foundation in consumer marketing
  • Understanding of sophisticated financial products (e.g., private markets, exotic derivatives and their mechanics—and tax-aware investing)
  • Ability to sit with a trader, understand a new trade idea the day it's priced, and write a member-ready copy about it that's correct on the first pass
  • Prior alts/derivatives marketing experience
  • Active use of AI tools in daily work
  • Excitement to build automated, AI-assisted marketing workflows
  • Hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Eager to learn the broader strategic content while maintaining a focus on high-quality, detail-oriented execution
  • Meticulous with details—product terms, deadlines, and figures
  • Comfortable owning recurring publishing workflows where errors have real member impact
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to look at adoption data, run A/B copy tests, and constantly iterate on the activation funnel
  • Experience working alongside legal and compliance teams to ship creative, impactful marketing within a highly regulated landscape
  • Experience securing approvals for member-facing communications
  • Ability to complete all interview exercises independently, without the use of external assistance or AI tools
  • Willingness to share full screen during technical portions of the interview to verify work environment
  • Willingness to temporarily disable virtual backgrounds or filters to confirm identity
  • Ability to meet team members in NY/New Jersey or Mountain View HQ depending on location

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience marketing financial products across jurisdictions (US and APAC/Singapore)
