Associate Product Manager

Associate Product Manager responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional content for the assigned specialty portfolio. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategic activities, leading forecasting and long-range planning. Builds and manages marketing communications plans, secures approvals for promotional and educational materials per local SOPs, coordinates end-to-end brand management to ensure a consistent customer experience, and partners with the sales team to train field personnel on brand messages and promotional materials. Oversees resource allocation, drives brand forecasting and supply planning, leads cross-functional initiatives to support brand goals and financial objectives, manages external stakeholder relationships, and oversees local sponsorships and advocacy activities. Spends a significant proportion of time in the field (over 50%) to connect with customers, support sales, and gain market insights. Strong emphasis on communication, planning, organization, and ability to work across multicultural teams.
