Job Summary
Associate Product Manager / Product Manager, Member Experience at 23andMe. Own end-to-end member journey initiatives from kit ordering to results delivery, translate complex genomic concepts into intuitive user experiences, run lean experiments, and collaborate across engineering, design, research, clinical, and marketing teams. Role emphasizes translating science into actionable product insights, partnering with Consumer Insights for user-grounded decisions, and leveraging AI prototyping and LLM tools to rapidly build mockups. Requires ability to work from the Palo Alto, CA office a minimum of 3 days per week and a background in a relevant technical or scientific field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, computational biology, bioengineering, statistics, or design)
- 0–2 years of experience for Associate PM track or 2+ years for PM track
- SQL, Python, or R
