Job Summary
Associate Technical Product Manager to join Ontinue's Product Management team in Zurich to shape the ongoing development of Ontinue’s AI-powered MXDR service. You will translate customer, market, and internal feedback into requirements, user stories, and roadmap inputs; support discovery, validation, and prioritization; join customer conversations to understand needs; bridge commercial and technical teams, and create diagrams, workflows, and documentation to explain concepts. Requires 2+ years in product management or related technical, customer-facing roles within cyber security, plus a customer-facing mindset, structured analytical thinking, and the ability to work closely with Sales, Engineering, Security Operations, and customers. Must be willing to work from the Zurich office; English required, German a strong plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Requirements Engineering, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Cyber Security Consulting, Security Operations, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Practical cyber security experience (e.g., managed security services, threat detection, incident response, SOC operations)
- Ability to translate customer needs and feedback into clear product requirements
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to work regularly from the Zurich office
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
