Job Summary
Hybrid Associate Product Manager based in São Paulo, Brazil. Collaborate with Product Manager and Bain teams to develop and deliver NPS Prism instruments for subscription customers; design benchmarking survey instruments; work with research vendors to test surveys, manage quotas, and ensure data quality; analyze data and build client-ready dashboards; apply AI-assisted quality checks and structured data validation; engage with internal/external teams to drive alignment; support client meetings with data guidance and methodology training; contribute to market diagnostics for client readouts; refine product delivery models and contribute to the product roadmap; stay updated with market research methodologies and analytics best practices; required Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in customer insights/market research/analytics, English fluency, and strong analytical/technical skills including Alteryx/Tableau; experience in backlog management, stakeholder engagement, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in customer insights, primary market research, and/or analytics
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in market research tools, data science, business intelligence, and advanced analytics platforms such as Alteryx and Tableau
- Ability to explain complex data - proficiency in performing KPI calculations, data manipulation, and interpreting analytical results
- Proven organizational skills to effectively manage multiple workstreams
- Experience in product backlog management, including the ability to prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user needs, and technical constraints
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders across different levels of seniority and areas of expertise
- Ability to translate data into business insights using appropriate data engineering, analytics, and visualization applications
- Experience creating high-quality, audience-appropriate presentations to communicate insights effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to convey complex data and insights in a clear, engaging manner
- Self-starter mindset - comfortable working in a remote or hybrid team environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution
