Job Summary
Associate Product Manager (Investment) role focused on supporting institutional and national accounts by updating quarterly client presentations, coordinating with Product/Marketing/Sales to deliver value-added services, handling ad-hoc information requests, guiding manager research and due diligence, and developing internal reporting infrastructure. Requires strong data management, ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (Qvidian a plus), and effective cross-functional communication. French language skills valued; willingness to work variable hours; compensation includes base salary in the $75k–$80k range with eligible variable compensation and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate and/or post-secondary degree in a related field
- 3+ years of client service experience within financial services (preferred)
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (Qvidian is a strong asset)
- Willingness to work variable hours driven by business needs
- French verbal/written skills valued
- Industry-related professional designations, or progress towards one, considered an asset
