Job Summary
Drive end-to-end product development for operational processes, initiating ideas, writing high-quality product requirements with supporting data, and grooming tasks for development and testing. Analyze existing workflows to identify enhancement areas, efficiency gains, and scalability opportunities. Define and monitor key metrics to measure product performance and identify issues. Collaborate closely with engineering, data scientists, and ops teams to communicate requirements and ensure alignment on goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, or Statistics, 1-3 years of product or project management experience, strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency, and excellent communication abilities. Fintech or startup experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in product management or project management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Have experience in fintech or startup industry
- Joined in product management competition or workshops (with certifications)
- Involved in application/system development
