Job Summary
Associate Product Manager for Service AI Agents in Delivery Hero's Logistics Service team. Drive end-to-end AI agent skill development, QA, and conversational UX improvements; conduct research and design A/B tests to optimize journeys; analyze KPIs to improve automation and retention; ensure global localization and culturally relevant AI behaviors; collaborate with engineering, data science, and cross-functional partners to define AI guardrails and safety. Works in a hybrid Berlin-based setup, engaging with a globally distributed team to enhance rider, customer, and vendor experiences across Delivery Hero’s 70+ markets.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably within AI, SaaS or e-commerce
- Technical familiarity: understanding of how LLMs and Machine learning models work
- Experience with conversational UI/UX is a plus
- Analytical Fluency: ability to translate SQL queries into actionable product insights and tell a story with numbers
- Ability to learn fast and work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with multiple stakeholders
- A commitment to continuous improvements and ownership
- Comfort with context-switching and growth-oriented mindset
