Job Summary
Define and execute the roadmap for Procore's next-generation BIM Viewer Platform, balancing customer-facing experiences with internal platform needs. Partner with engineering, UX, and dependent teams to define shared capabilities, APIs, and SDKs that maximize reuse. Conduct continuous customer discovery with owners, contractors, and designers to understand workflows and pain points. Leverage AI throughout the product lifecycle to accelerate discovery, definition, and execution while maintaining rigorous product fundamentals. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize investments and communicate tradeoffs across technical and business audiences. Influence stakeholders to drive alignment across multiple roadmaps and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise SaaS products
- Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives involving multiple engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong customer discovery skills with experience synthesizing feedback from both external customers and internal product teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex platform investments into incremental, customer-focused releases
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to drive predictable execution across multiple dependent teams
- Passion for solving complex technical problems while delivering intuitive customer experiences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on platform products, shared services, APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms
- Experience with 3D visualization, BIM, CAD, GIS, gaming engines, rendering technologies, digital twins, or related technical domains
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools throughout the software development lifecycle to improve product discovery, planning, communication, and execution
