Job Summary
Hybrid Associate, Product Innovation – Flower & Pre-Rolls supporting launches, leading market expansion efforts, and overseeing packaging artwork and workflows for cannabis products. Collaborates with Brand and Regional Marketing to align timelines and deliverables, works with production sites to ensure operational readiness ahead of launches, and ensures compliance with state-specific regulations impacting formulations and packaging. Focused on scaling proven innovations across markets, driving cross-functional project management, and delivering high-quality product experiences in the cannabis category.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in innovation, product management, or project management
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in innovation, product management, or project management
- Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain focused amidst shifting priorities
- Ability to collaborate with and influence project stakeholders across cross-functional departments
- Strong product acumen and cannabis knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is a plus
