Job Summary
Leverage Claude to code new design components and pages, minimizing cycle time from Figma to production. Partner with member services to improve customer response times via agent automations and optimize marketing design workflows by creating tools for landing page multivariate testing. Spec and create data views for stakeholders, conduct ad hoc data analysis, and own product features from idea through spec, build, QA, deployment, and measurement. This role blends product, design, operations, and engineering to optimize the spec to production pipeline. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $140,000.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in CS
- 1-2 years of work experience as a Front End Engineer
- 1-2 years of work experience as a Product Manager
- 1-2 years of work experience as a UX/UI Designer
Desired Qualifications
- You are excited about leveraging a variety of tools, including Claude, to solve business and customer problems.
- Familiarity with Agentic code tools like Claude code is a plus.
