Associate Product Content Specialist

Job Summary
Create and edit video and multimedia content to communicate Keeper’s product value, developing feature demos, tutorials, and product-education content. Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Communications to align multimedia output with brand and business goals; assist with scripting, storyboarding, and asset planning; coordinate with design for animation and motion graphics; leverage AI tools within approved security standards to improve efficiency and quality; support updates as features evolve and contribute to special projects.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content production, video production, multimedia content, product marketing or related field
- Experience creating video or multimedia content in a professional setting with portfolio/work samples
- Exposure to SaaS, B2B technology or cybersecurity environments; IAM experience a plus
- Creative mindset with ability to translate technical concepts into clear content for consumers and IT professionals
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, media production, film, design or related field preferred
