Job Summary
Associate Producer coordinates production workflows across multiple workstreams, keeps timelines and deliverables on track, partners with design, art, and engineering to remove blockers and maintain quality, and maintains production tools and reporting systems. The role supports planning and delivery by tracking progress and contributing to strategic decisions, and is suitable for someone with junior or equivalent experience in games or digital production, comfortable with budgets, resources, schedules, scope, and reporting, and who is organized, proactive, and collaborative.
Required Qualifications
- Junior Producer experience or equivalent in games or digital production
- ability to manage budgets, resources, schedules, scope, and reporting
- experience with Jira, Google Suite, Slack
- strong organizational, proactive, and collaborative skills
- clear and thoughtful communication and the ability to break down complexity
