Job Summary
Write broadcast news copy for weekday morning newscasts on 13WHAM and WUHF, editing video for online posts, and publishing stories across social media. Operate the teleprompter during live segments and assist producers in sourcing new stories. Help in-studio guests transition on and off air while hosting and answering viewer questions. This fast-paced role requires a journalism degree and strong writing judgment to deliver quality copy under tight deadlines. Available for five weekday mornings starting at 4:30 a.m., including holidays.
Required Qualifications
