Job Summary
Oversee the entire production lifecycle for physical product programs, from initial planning to delivery. Ensure project briefs are comprehensive, clear, and aligned with marketing and business goals. Maintain open communication, providing updates, addressing risks, and facilitating decision-making across Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative, Sales, Consumer Products, and Operations teams. Develop and track detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. This temporary, on-site role requires working over 30 hours per week for at least 10 weeks within a leading entertainment company's product marketing team.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in production, project management, or operations within gaming, entertainment, marketing, or consumer products
- Familiarity with creative workflows, packaging, or product manufacturing processes
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail with reliable follow-through
- Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks
