Job Summary
Manage day-to-day travel operations, including service provider relationships, employee inquiries, and resolution of travel issues per internal policy. Monitor and escalate service issues while coordinating with stakeholders for timely follow-up. Handle miscellaneous services like corporate cards, subscriptions, and black car arrangements. Participate in service review meetings with vendors and global teams. Prepare regular reports, trackers, and meeting materials. Support procurement activities by managing contract intake, review coordination, and monitoring third-party vendor documentation. Maintain accurate vendor, contract, and procurement data in internal systems. Support vendor onboarding and due diligence processes.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience in travel management, procurement, or related field
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Experience maintaining accurate records and system data in a procurement, vendor management, or operational environment
- Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with third-party service providers
