Associate Procurement Manager

Job Summary
Lead regional procurement strategies across IMEA, managing approximately $30M in spend and a diverse logistics portfolio across Domestic Transportation, Customs & Clearance, and Cross-Border Logistics. Drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract implementation; build market intelligence dashboards to anticipate market movements; represent IMEA in global logistics procurement forums; partner with Supply Chain and Operations to drive compliance and cost savings. Lead and develop a team of Indirect Procurement Leads across multiple geographies and collaborate with Global Logistics Procurement to align regional and global strategies; thrive in a fast-paced environment that rewards innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience, including strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations
- Experience managing transportation, logistics, warehousing, customs, or supply chain-related categories
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable cost savings and procurement value creation
- Experience leading regional or multi-country procurement initiatives
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience managing procurement projects from strategy development through execution and implementation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and spend data
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Experience leading and developing teams
