Job Summary
Associate Procurement Manager at Ecolab leads strategic procurement for direct and indirect categories (Chemicals, Packaging & Contract Manufacturing) with spend >$20M in direct and indirect portfolios, driving cost savings, contract negotiations, and cash optimization. The role champions procurement process improvements and digitalization, collaborates with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Finance) to align strategies, manages supplier relationships and risk, and develops the procurement team to foster continuous improvement and high performance, while ensuring adherence to the Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 6+ years of procurement experience
- At least 2 years in a people manager role
- Good English language skills both oral and written
