Associate, Procurement and Records Management

Job Summary
Support procurement operations including purchase order processing, invoice tracking, goods receipt verification, and vendor payment follow-ups while ensuring governance compliance through systems such as Workday and GeBIZ. Contribute to records and knowledge management initiatives by reviewing policies, supporting digitisation and disposal exercises, conducting training and engagement sessions, and ensuring compliance with IM4L requirements. Assist with process improvement, digitalisation, automation, and other administrative duties to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors, with opportunities for senior-level consideration for candidates with more experience. Proficiency in Workday and GeBIZ and a sound understanding of records management practices are expected.
Required Qualifications
- tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, Records Management, or related disciplines
- minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, finance operations, records management, or administrative functions
- Proficiency in Workday and GeBIZ or similar procurement/financial systems
- strong attention to detail and organisational/documentation competencies
- ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with stakeholders
- senior level consideration may be appropriate for more experienced candidates
