Associate Procurement Analyst

Job Summary
The Associate Procurement Analyst supports sourcing, procurement, and project execution activities by managing purchase orders, coordinating supplier communications, expediting deliveries, maintaining sourcing data, and supporting cross-functional project teams. Key responsibilities include PO management (acknowledgements, receipts, closeout), validation of pricing and terms, supplier onboarding and qualification (COIs, W-9s, MNDAs), expediting and delivery coordination, supplier coordination and documentation, reporting and analytics (sourcing trackers, Power BI), and cross-functional collaboration to align with project schedules. The role emphasizes continuous improvement through Lean/Kaizen and requires strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Operations, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or project support roles
- Experience working with ERP systems and procurement tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Understanding of procurement compliance and audit documentation practices
