Job Summary
Associate Procurement Agent responsible for coordinating contract negotiations and setup, requests for quotes, PO placement, supplier performance management, and delivery tracking for Boeing AvionX program. The role requires collaborating with the Boeing Supply Base and internal stakeholders, performing demand and supply analysis, supporting sourcing strategies, documenting contracts and agreements, gathering data for supplier performance evaluation, and preparing/ executing proprietary information agreements. Strong communication, analytical, and data interpretation skills are essential, with prior experience in procurement, supplier management, or related supply chain activities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
- 1+ years of experience establishing, improving and reinforcing functional discipline for first time quality performance, on-time delivery, and productivity improvements
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement and/or warehouse inventory management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Experience with SAP & NWP (preferred)
