Job Summary
Coordinate internal and third-party laboratory testing programs for sustainable packaging solutions, including physical and wet chemistry evaluations of substrates and materials. Analyze and document test results, create SAP technical documentation, and assist with bill of material calculations. Support process improvement, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations while collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, R&D, and suppliers. Participate in feasibility studies focused on quality, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives involving compostable and biodegradable technologies. This 12-month temporary assignment in Mason, MI offers early-career exposure to polymers, paper products, and foodservice packaging with potential for full-time hire.
