Job Summary
Support the implementation and administration of Stryker’s Vocera Smartbadge solution. Train nurses and clinicians on hands-free communication, manage Vocera databases and servers, maintain device inventories and RMA/spares, provide on-site end-user support and troubleshooting, and develop sustainable training processes for new hires and staff. Collaborate with the customer and Vocera Technical Support to resolve issues, document status and resolutions, and run end-user satisfaction programs per customer guidelines. Travel up to 10% and primarily operate onsite with optional remote work within the country.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preference for Nursing, Business or IT or additional 6+ years relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years clinical or healthcare IT (HIT) experience required
