Job Summary
Own and develop high-quality relationships with fund managers, investors, and industry participants to secure proprietary private markets data across the EMEA region. Take direct ownership of data quality, coverage growth, and proprietary data contribution, ensuring outputs are accurate, complete, and commercially valuable. Drive disciplined execution across the end-to-end data lifecycle, from market outreach and acquisition through to validation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement. Use strong judgement and domain understanding to identify high-value data opportunities, coverage gaps, and areas for market expansion. Apply AI-enabled tools and more efficient ways of working to improve outreach, research, data validation, workflow quality, and scale. Serve as a credible point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, bringing market knowledge, analytical thinking, and confidence in private markets data. Contribute to revenue-generating and strategic initiatives by delivering high-quality analysis, proprietary insights, and reliable execution. Proactively raise risks, blockers, and opportunities, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability for outcomes. Lead by example as a high-performing individual contributor who brings pace, precision, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in data, financial data services, private markets, research, investor relations, client services or a related field
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week

- Highly organised and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain momentum and deliver consistently at pace
- Strong judgement when working with incomplete, fragmented or difficult-to-source information
- Comfortable using AI, automation or workflow improvements to increase efficiency, improve quality and support scale
- Proactive and accountable, with a track record of identifying opportunities, solving problems and pushing work forward without waiting for direction
