Job Summary
Advise private equity sponsors on complex debt transactions, including leveraged and acquisition financings within the private credit and syndicated finance markets. Manage high-stakes matters across sectors while collaborating seamlessly across national offices to support active sponsors. This role offers substantive responsibility from day one with direct access to market leaders in private equity finance. Candidates will join one of the most sophisticated finance practices in the market, providing deep sponsor relationships and significant opportunities for upward mobility.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of borrower-side experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or acquisition finance
- 4+ years of experience in borrower-side acquisition finance
- direct exposure to sponsor-led deals
- maturity in deal execution
- maturity in client interaction
Desired Qualifications
- PE sponsor-side experience
