Job Summary
Lead administrative oversight of instructional programs, campus operations, and personnel across Primary and Intermediate Schools. Assist the Executive Principal in developing campus improvement plans, managing budgets, and administering daily activities including scheduling and facility maintenance. Supervise and evaluate staff, conduct teacher appraisals, and coordinate operational services such as transportation and custodial support. Manage student discipline systems, monitor attendance, and ensure compliance with state laws and district policies. Articulate the school mission to the community and engage parents in decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from accredited university
- Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
- Certified Texas Teacher Support and Evaluation System (T-TESS) appraiser
- Two years experience as a classroom teacher
- Knowledge of campus operations
- Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
- Ability to manage budget and personnel
- Ability to implement policy and procedures
- Ability to interpret data
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
