Job Summary
Lead cross-functional biologics drug product development and commercialization activities including scale-up, technology transfer to pilot/manufacturing scales, process validation, and PPQ readiness; drive regulatory submissions and CMC strategy; establish platform engineering and models for sterile biologics; mentor team members and collaborate across groups to enable rapid and compliant commercialization of biologics; ensure quality, reliability, schedule, and cost targets, while applying DOE, SPC, MVA, and PAT techniques and maintaining strong communication for multi-disciplinary decisions; travel up to 25% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Bio-engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field with 10 years of relevant experience; or M.S. with 8 years; or Ph.D. with 4 years.
