Job Summary
Onsite customer-facing Resident Engineer in Houston to deploy and optimize the Dragos Platform in ICS/OT environments; collaborate with Sales and Solution Architect teams to define objectives, manage deployments/upgrades/patches/configuration, tune for continuous availability, develop workflows, provide troubleshooting and knowledge transfer, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive customer outcomes. Requires hybrid work schedule with regular onsite work at customer facilities, strong Linux/Docker/Python/ELK/SIEM experience, networking expertise (IP, OSI, Purdue, ICS protocols), travel up to 25%, and a focus on security coverage for critical infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of ICS/OT cybersecurity experience
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Houston, TX
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Networking experience including knowledge of IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, and ICS protocols
- Experience with Linux (command line), Docker, scripting languages (Python, shell, etc.), SIEMs, and ELK stack
- Experience with on-premise and cloud software solutions for the enterprise, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
- Customer-oriented and attentive to client needs, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
