Job Summary
Lead and grow the Civic Project Practice in Orange County and Southern California by building strong client relationships and executing long-term market strategies. Oversee complex education projects from planning through project management, ensuring quality, profitability, and adherence to firm standards. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and representing the firm at industry events to meet performance metrics. Mentor high-performing teams and collaborate across studios to advance shared goals and firmwide initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or interior design (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 16 years of relevant professional experience
- Established Southern California professional network within justice, government and other public sector project markets
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- California Licensed Architect
