Job Summary
Middle School Associate Principal responsible for assisting with administration of instructional programs and campus operations, coordinating student activities and services, supervising staff, and participating in development and evaluation of educational programs. Requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to supervise attendance, plan schedules, support safety inspections, and ensure compliance with TEC and policy. Role emphasizes instructional leadership, staff development, and fostering a positive school climate. 226 days per year; exempt position; travel within district and statewide.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid Texas Assistant Principal or other Administrative certification
- Three years of experience as a classroom teacher
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Two years of experience as a campus administrator
