Associate Principal Investigator/ Senior Scientist- Immunochemistry

Conduct research studies as a Study Director or Principal Investigator, overseeing technical conduct, analytical direction, and reporting in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Analyze biological or chemical samples, develop and validate methodologies for various compounds, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment while identifying deviations. Lead a small group of technical staff with minimal supervision, organize analytical results, and perform QC reviews. Write, revise, and review methods, SOPs, and reports; participate in client visits and external meetings to communicate technical information. Train less experienced staff, suggest modifications to test procedures, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
