Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic consulting initiatives to expand IQVIA's client base in Ukraine while building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Lead client engagements delivering high-quality strategy solutions in business unit, therapy area, and brand strategy, alongside pricing and market access studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions and mentor junior consultants to foster a culture of excellence. Requires fluency in English and Ukrainian, with extensive experience in strategy consulting and a strong understanding of the Ukrainian healthcare market.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in business, economics or healthcare
- Extensive experience in strategy consulting
- Proven track record of building client relationships
- Proven track record of growing the business
- Strong understanding of the Ukrainian market
- Fluency in both English and Ukrainian
- Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Ability to ensure quality delivery
- Ability to allocate resources
