Associate Principal, Health Plan Consulting

Lead analytics development and insight generation for consulting engagements focused on member experience, quality improvement, retention, and value-based care performance. Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, strategic recommendations, and client-facing deliverables that translate complex data into actionable business strategies. Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and performance reviews with executive and operational stakeholders. Support clients in designing and implementing experience transformation initiatives that improve quality, member satisfaction, and business outcomes. Define engagement success metrics and measurement frameworks that demonstrate client impact and ROI. Manage engagement workstreams and ensure deliverables are completed on time and at the highest quality standards. Conduct sophisticated analyses across Press Ganey and client data sources to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Develop compelling data visualizations and performance dashboards that communicate insights to diverse stakeholder groups. Partner with internal subject matter experts, applications teams, and project managers to validate findings and develop recommendations. Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive strategic decision-making across member experience and quality improvement initiatives. Identify leading indicators and actionable opportunities related to member retention, disenrollment, CAHPS performance, and quality outcomes. Build trusted relationships with client executives and operational leaders. Serve as a strategic thought partner by providing guidance on healthcare quality, experience transformation, and performance improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Consulting leadership to identify new opportunities and support engagement scoping, proposal development, and solution design. Contribute to client retention and growth by demonstrating measurable value and identifying opportunities for expanded partnerships. Partner with Press Ganey consultants, engagement leaders, and product teams to maximize the use of data, analytics, and technology solutions throughout client engagements. Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across consulting teams. Support continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, tools, and client solutions.
