Job Summary
Associate Principal for Operations supports the Principal in overseeing the school's operational systems, student support services, compliance, and schoolwide programs. Responsibilities include supervising enrollment and residency processes, attendance, assessment administration, facilities and transportation coordination, safety and emergency preparedness, staff supervision and evaluation, and leading operational initiatives to ensure a safe, efficient, student-centered learning environment. Requires Illinois administrative endorsement and a 12-month, full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois Professional Educator License with Administrative Endorsement.
- 5 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a leadership position is preferred.
