Job Summary
Implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations by designing, developing, and integrating ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules. Configure applications using UI Policies, Business Rules, and Jelly Scripting to align technical solutions with business requirements. Perform integration testing, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure adherence to best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Maintain SPM certification and deliver technical recommendations through design and code reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and Integrations
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations
- Experience in ServiceNow Asset Management processes and best practices
- Experience in other modules like ITOM or CSM along with ITIL knowledge
- ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory
- Strong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience in developing and implementing technical solutions and performing integration testing
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a global delivery environment
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
