Associate Principal Engineer(Project Manager)

Job Summary
Lead IT project delivery for hotel business systems in Greater China, overseeing end-to-end lifecycle of PMS, POS, CRM, loyalty, and back-office systems; coordinate with global product teams, hotel operations, QA, DevOps and external vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery that complies with global IT policies, data security, PCI DSS, and hospitality regulations. Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure; develop detailed plans, scope, schedules and budgets; perform risk assessment and mitigation; oversee UAT, user training, pilot launches and full rollout; maintain regular status reporting and post-project review. Drive cross-team collaboration, stakeholder alignment, change control, and continuous improvement. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of enterprise software project delivery experience, with familiarity in hotel/hospitality IT projects and proficiency in waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- 5+ years working experience as IT Project Manager, with solid experience in enterprise software project delivery.
