Job Summary
Translate client business use cases into technical designs for AI-powered applications built with Python, React, and Generative AI. Own the architecture and technical vision for scalable, secure backend platforms handling LLM inference, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration. Lead the design of complex GenAI workflows, define frontend UX patterns for conversational interfaces, and establish engineering standards for prompt design and observability. Partner with product and business leaders to drive platformization by building reusable components and SDKs. Review critical designs, resolve root causes of technical challenges, and carry out POCs to validate solutions against functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure enterprise readiness through security, privacy, and responsible AI practices while utilizing AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Total experience 9+ years
- experience in software engineering
- strong depth in Python
- proven experience architecting and delivering production-grade Generative AI applications at scale
- deep understanding of LLM integration patterns, RAG systems, and AI-driven UX design
- strong system design skills across backend, frontend, and AI infrastructure layers
- experience defining technical strategy and influencing architecture across teams or pods
- hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems
- strong grasp of security, privacy, and governance considerations for enterprise AI
- ability to translate ambiguous business problems into durable technical architectures
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical leadership
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
