Job Summary
Execute primary fundraising mandates by leading core project management workstreams, coordinating due diligence, and preparing marketing materials including PPMs and investor presentations. Manage investor outreach, pipeline tracking, and closing processes while assisting senior staff in client dialogue and relationship management. Develop bespoke financial models for fund performance and conduct market research to support fundraising strategy. Oversee analysts in preparing materials and manage data rooms, while contributing to origination efforts and maintaining awareness of private market trends. Join the London-based Primary Capital Advisory team to support our track record of over 300 fundraises across private equity strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Strong academic background (2:1 or equivalent degree minimum)
- 3-4 years of experience in private capital advisory, placement agent, or related roles in investment banking or asset management
- Proven ability to execute fundraising processes and manage investor interactions
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in private markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams under pressure
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and proactive approach
- Familiarity with private equity, private credit, and alternative investment strategies
- Understanding of LP dynamics and fundraising best practices
