Job Summary
Associate, Primaries role supporting the construction and management of commingled and separate account portfolios; actively participate in investment due diligence, performance monitoring, and sourcing opportunities across fund investment opportunities in Europe; prepare and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee and client portfolios; monitor portfolio performance and contribute to ongoing manager evaluation; build sponsor relationships to source co-investment, secondary, and credit opportunities; support marketing and client engagement efforts for commingled funds and separate accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field; CFA designation preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting, with exposure to transactions and due diligence.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills; high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English; German language skills preferred.
