Job Summary
Define and drive technology and systems integration strategy across multiple product categories, ensuring alignment with long-term business and technology roadmaps. Lead the development, maturation, and deployment of core system-level technologies while providing technical leadership across programmes to influence key architectural and performance decisions. Establish engineering methodologies, simulation frameworks, and development processes to enhance organisational capability. Drive technical excellence through governance, technical reviews, and risk management, leading the resolution of complex, high-impact engineering challenges. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Research, Product Development, Manufacturing, Software, Electronics, and Commercial teams to translate technology into products. Mentor engineers and technical leaders while identifying emerging technologies and industry trends to support strategic initiatives.
