Job Summary
Associate to join Verkada's Pricing & Commercial Operations to develop processes around pricing strategy and execution. Drive deal desk activities to accelerate revenue while targeting margin, manage a variety of deal types from multi-million to small/midsize deals, enable global sales teams to move quickly and customize solutions, review discount requests and analyze competitive dynamics to maximize gross margin, grow total revenue by monitoring success of sales incentives, and lead independent projects to uncover revenue/margin opportunities and scale them.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business oriented function
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar quantitative field
- Strong quantitative capabilities, ability to engage at portfolio and deal level
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into data
- Ability to collaborate with and influence Sales, Product Management, and Executive teams
