Associate, Presentations Production

Associate, Presentations Production in London’s presentations production team, responsible for ongoing production and maintenance of core and custom product presentations, supporting client interactions and quarterly update cycles. Collaborates with Product, Channel Marketing, Compliance, Investment Desks, distribution partners, Client Experience, Salesforce development, MarTech and other project teams; oversees third-party production resources; engages in strategic projects to standardize content and automate production via Seismic slide library with Vermillion data automation; embraces growth mindset and organizational change; performs other duties as assigned. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and written communication skills, deep understanding of market and investment products (Fixed Income and Alternatives a plus), data-delivery timelines, attention to detail, adherence to style guidelines and regulatory requirements, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel; experience with project management, marketing in financial services, and coordinating outside resources.
