Associate - Presbyopia Program

Job Summary
Lead overall program planning and implementation for presbyopia care across 8 districts of Chhattisgarh, collaborating with team members and program leadership. Build and manage relationships with government and non-government stakeholders at state and district levels while designing referral mechanisms from NCD clinics to screening services. Support development of strategies for program expansion, oversee demand generation including communication materials and awareness campaigns, and provide guidance on training materials, eye-screening protocols, and supply chain tools. Conduct periodic program reviews, prepare progress reports for donors and government, and undertake travel to project districts as required. Based in Raipur, this role supports the William J. Clinton Foundation's decentralized model to enhance equitable eye-care access for older adults in India.
Required Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in management, public health, engineering, public policy, or similar fields
- Minimum 5 years in management consulting, public health, public policy, or allied areas
- Exceptional analytical (qualitative and quantitative) and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and nurture relationships in a diverse and challenging environment
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to think strategically, handle ambiguity, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and work independently
- Demonstrated interest in public health or assistive technologies
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Working knowledge of Chhattisgarhi
