Job Summary
Monitor workflows, staffing alignment, and operational activities to ensure care center operations run smoothly with minimal workflow disruptions. Coordinate patient access and visit flow to support timely care delivery, while identifying workflow challenges and partnering with leadership to implement improvements. Provide day-to-day supervision of administrative and clinical support staff, leading coaching, accountability, and team engagement to ensure providers and care teams deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Escalate operational issues that may impact performance and communicate updates clearly with staff and providers. Manage moderate operational scope across care centers serving Medicare and Medicaid patients with chronic and complex conditions.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma
- minimum of 3+ years' experience supporting operations within a physician office, clinic, or primary care environment
- equivalent background
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test

- Bachelor's degree
- Supervisory or team lead experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
