Job Summary
Oversee and expand regional staff while coordinating all science and technology activities, including pursuing, winning, and executing pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and medical device projects. Generate and increase revenue streams by developing client networks with owners, architects, and general contractors, and forecast project pipelines to drive a $1–3 million annual average. Lead the regional business plan, manage project financials, and ensure technical excellence through expert issue resolution and sales presentations. Work Monday through Thursday in the office for 9 hours and Friday remotely for 4 hours. Requires PE registration, 12+ years of BET design experience, and a Bachelor's in mechanical engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 12+ years of BET design experience
- preferably a minimum of 5 years in consulting engineering or A/E firm
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- 5+ years' experience in developing business for engineering
- Thorough knowledge of MEP systems
- PE registration
