Job Summary
Oversee and expand regional staff while coordinating all science and technology activities for pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and medical device projects. Generate new revenue by developing networks with owners, architects, and general contractors to forecast pipelines and execute winning strategies. Maintain technical excellence through expert issue resolution, lead sales presentations, and author industry articles. Develop and coordinate the regional business plan with global teams, manage project financials, and recruit senior staff with specific market experience. Achieve annual revenue goals of $1 million to $3 million while reporting to the regional and practice area leader.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 12+ years of Life Science design experience
- Minimum of 5 years in consulting engineering or A/E firm
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- 5+ years' experience in developing business for engineering
- Thorough knowledge of MEP systems
- PE registration
