Job Summary
Lead the pursuit, win, and execution of pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and medical device projects while managing a regional science and technology team. Oversee business plan development, forecast project pipelines, and generate $1 million to $3 million in annual revenue. Maintain client satisfaction by expanding networks with owners, architects, and general contractors, while ensuring technical excellence and resolving complex project issues. Coordinate regional and global business strategies, lead sales presentations, and drive market penetration for integrated services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 12+ years of BET design experience
- preferably a minimum of 5 years in consulting engineering or A/E firm
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- 5+ years' experience in developing business for engineering
- Thorough knowledge of MEP systems
- PE registration
