Job Summary
Associate role leading execution of M&A mandates, private placements, and capital raises from inception to close; oversee and review complex multi-tab financial models (DCF, LBO, three-statement projections) and specialized infrastructure yield analysis; drive strategic narrative through Information Memorandums and management presentations; serve as liaison for C-suite executives and Private Equity sponsors; mentor Analysts and ensure technical accuracy; operate on high-profile, cross-border mandates across Energy, Food, Water, and Waste sectors; part of Nomura Greentech with global exposure and an entrepreneurial, disciplined environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Investment Banking experience
- Experience leading execution of M&A mandates
- Advanced financial modeling proficiency (DCF, LBO, three-statement models)
- Client management with C-suite and Private Equity sponsors
- Mentorship and development of Analysts
- Strong communication and storytelling for CIMs and presentations
